Beware ladies! According to ABC News, a person found a device in a sidewalk grate in New York City with wires sticking out of it and called the police. The bomb squad was called out and determined it was a web cam designed to get "skirt shots". Apparently there are plenty of web sites with photos looking up women's skirts. So if you're walking about this summer, watch where you go. You panties could end up on the web with you in them. Or even worse if you go commando with the nice weather. Don't say I didn't warn you.
